| Now the Casa Del Mar Hotel in Santa Monica, this six-story brick building was the former site of the Pritikin Longevity Center. Construction was completed to comply with Phase I of the City’s seismic ordinance including the installation of 1,500 tension, shear, and parapet anchors. Hidden anchors were installed to preserve the beautiful and intricate façade of the hotel. |
