| This obsolete printing facility was converted by DECOMA into its main office. Completley renovated, seismically upgraded, a variance was obtained to change the use of the building from manufacturing to office. The loft design captures the beauty of the building's existing bow trusses and exterior brick walls, while new systems such as HVAC and electrical, facilitates modern-day office and communication needs. |
