The tenant improvements design for this 1920's, Spanish-style, historical office building included provisions for the existing space to be demolished and replaced with an arcade of new offices, bathrooms, and a kitchen. Extensive accent lighting was installed to illuminate the historical features of the building. In addition to providing architectural services, DECOMA served as the contractor for this project. |
