| The Oneonta Transfer and
Storage Building, suffering from neglect, was transformed
into the Mission District Lofts - an 18 unit residential
loft and retail structure. This massive renovation required
the addition of 20,000 pounds of structural steel and
1,000 square feet of ten-inch thick 3,000 psi structural
wet-mix shotcrete. The building benefitted from all new
mechanical systems as well as a new, adjacent parking
structure. |
