The Harbour Lofts is the
conversion of the abandoned 45,000 SF, three-story Smart
and Final facility at 315 Marine Avenue into 35 for-sale
artist lofts. Units will range in size from 900 square
feet to 1,400 square feet, with on-site parking. As part
of Wilmington's long-term plan to improve the Avalon corridor,
it will bring much needed housing into the area and includes
the renovation of 335 Marine Avenue for commercial/industrial
