The CEO, Mehrzad Givechi holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and Environmental Design. She is a licensed architect in the State of California and a licensed
civil engineer in California and Missouri. Givechi has engineered and obtained nearly 2,000 building permits from various southern California building agencies. In addition, she is an ICBO certified Plan Examiner.
